For a person under the age of 16 to apply for a busking permit they require written permission from a parent or guardian. Loud speakers and amplifiers are not permitted, all performances are to be acoustic only. NB - A private event could include wedding, birthday party, an activity that is invitation only. That the information provided to MBDC in relation to the abovementioned activity/event is true and correct. Our insurers have been notified of this event. The applicant will reinstate any or all damage caused to Council property as a result of the event. That event organisers have personally communicated with all property owners that may be impacted by the running of this event. That event organisers will not conduct any activity on trafficable road services without the express permission of MBDC under S33 of the Road traffic Act.
